| Baccarat uses a four deck shoe. No hand receives more than three
cards.
When the player and banker hands are equal then the hand is declared
a tie. Tens and face cards are worth zero, aces are worth one, and
all other cards are worth their face value. If the value of a hand
exceeds nine, then the value is adjusted by subtracting 10 from the
total as shown below.

Third Card Rule
After the first two cards are dealt to both the player and banker, a
third card may be dealt, subject to the Third Card Rule. The
player's hand is always played first followed by the banker's hand.
The following tables illustrate how the player's hand determines how
the banker's hand will be played out.
The following table explains how to complete the player's hand.
| If a player's cards total: |
The player must: |
| 0-5 |
Draw a third card |
| 6-7 |

Once the outcome of the player's hand has been determined the
following table can be used to complete the banker's hand.
- Refer to Table A only if the player
hand equals six or seven and the player did not draw a third card.
Otherwise refer to the Table B.

Game Payouts
If you place a winning wager the payouts are as follows:
| Winning Wager |
Payout |
| Player hand wager |
1:1 |
| Banker hand wager |
1:1 (less 5% house commission) |
| Tie wager |
8:1 |
- If the tie wager mentioned above is part of a combination bet;
for example, a tie wager plus a player hand wager, and the outcome
is a tie, then the player hand wager becomes a push and the payout
results from the tie wager alone.
